This is the application form for YCUSD's 2025-26 Expanded Learning afterschool programs for students in grades TK through 8th. 
Priority will be given to:

  • Students whose parents'/guardians' work schedule prevents them from being home to care for their children from dismissal of school to 6:00 pm
  • TK-5th students who attend program every day for 3 hours (15 hours per week)
  • 6th-8th students who attend program for 3 hours on at least 3 days per week (9 or more hours per week) 
Completion of this form does not guarantee that your child will have a spot in the Expanded Learning afterschool program for the 2025-26 school year.  The site Expanded Learning Coordinator will contact you to complete your child's enrollment in the 2025-26 afterschool program or placement on the Waitlist.
